After living within a few miles from Vine Ripe for so many years, I finally checked it out. Though not the "pretty and shiny veggies-on-steroids" variety one sees at supermarket chains, fresh produce is very inexpensive at this Persian grocery store. There is a wide variety of international products, too, from cheeses to meats, drinks to hookah pipes, pasta to pickles. I won't even mention the variety of sweets available. Yum.
