julia day: poop
My sister Carmina and her husband John were in the car with my little niece, Julia. Something fell out of my sister's purse.
Carmina: Ay, shit!
Julia: (imitating her mother) Ay, shit!
C: 'Wag, masama 'yon. 'Wag mo ko tularan.
J: Ano ba 'yon?
C: Basta masama.
J: Ano nga?
C: Ibig sabihin nu'n, tae. 'Wag mong gayahin. Masama.
J: Opo.
A little while later, somebody suddenly crossed the street and John had to slam on the brakes, surprising my sister and Julia.
Julia: Ay, tae!

Again, NPS, this loses something in translation. But here goes:
Carmina: Ay, shit!
Julia: (imitating her mother) Ay, shit!
C: Don't say it, it's bad. Don't imitate me.
J: What does it mean?
C: It's bad.
J: What is it?
C: It means "tae". Don't imitate me. It's bad.
J: Okay.
A little while later, somebody suddenly crossed the street and John had to slam on the brakes, surprising my sister and Julia.
Julia: Ay, "tae"!
